SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost within New Zealand?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product and your location.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
At this stage, we don’t offer Saturday delivery.
We know weekends can feel easier for deliveries, but our courier partners currently operate on weekday schedules.
Who delivers our orders?
We work with trusted New Zealand courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we deliver within New Zealand only.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel.
This helps ensure your equipment arrives safely and into the right hands. If multiple parcels are delivered, please check and sign for the correct number before the courier leaves.
What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
If no one is home, the courier will leave a card with instructions.
You’ll be able to contact them directly to arrange a redelivery or organise collection from their local depot.
We know life is busy, especially with kids, so they’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Can I ship to a business address?
Yes, you can.
If sending to a business address, please make sure the business name is clearly included so the courier can locate it easily.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or rural addresses?
We can deliver to rural addresses.
However, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes due to the size and nature of our products.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help clarify before you order.
How long will delivery take?
We know once you’ve chosen the right set, you’ll want it in the backyard as soon as possible.
Our target delivery timeframes are:
- North Island: 1–2 working days
- Rural North Island: 1–3 working days
- South Island: 2–3 working days
- Rural South Island: 3–5 working days
Please note that during peak periods, especially in December, delivery may take a little longer. We’ll always aim to keep you informed.
Can I collect my order?
At this stage, we’re unable to offer pick-ups.
As a fully operating warehouse, it’s important for us to prioritise safe and efficient dispatch for all families.
My tracking says my order is being returned, what does that mean?
If a parcel can’t be delivered, it may be returned to us by the courier.
If that happens, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that an additional delivery fee may apply before we can resend the order.

RETURN POLICY
I’ve received a faulty product. What should I do?
We carefully select products we trust in our own backyards.
However, if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to put it right.
Please email our team at service@greenspider.co.nz with your order details and a description (or photos) of the issue.
In many cases, we can resolve things quickly without needing the full product returned. If a return is required, we’ll guide you through the next steps clearly and simply.
Our goal is always the same, a safe, lasting setup your family can enjoy with confidence.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I exchange my product?
Because our products are substantial items and shipped directly for your family, we don’t offer exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We encourage choosing carefully, not the biggest option, but the right one for your space and your children.
