The Omaha Wooden Cubby House is a great size for younger kids looking for their first elevated cubby house. We know that climbing onto taller objects can be challenging but our slightly raised Cubby House will be easily accessible & safe to play on for younger ones. For domestic use only.  Assembled dimensions 185H x 163D x 150W.  This is a flat pack with some pre-assembled roof and side panels.  Approximate assembly time 4 hrs with 1 person. 2 people required to lift assembled cubby house onto platform.  Tongue and groove panels will keep out most moisture but to be 100% weatherproof a roof cladding may be added (not included).  Painting or staining will add longevity to the structure.  Suited for ages 3+
